SCOPE

MATPATSON has a policy of developing its own personnel in order to ensure the right drilling attitude is developed and remain a constant amongst its own personnel.

MATPATSON training program is made easy as 90% of Drilling equipment are available in the ware house for practice.

Additionally MATPATSON has from time to time undertaken the training of young Engineering personnel from other service providers.

These program have ranged from Drilling awareness to Advance Drilling Engineering courses.

To close out on all round  skills development, operations and applications of various Well services equipment are thought in the workshop.
